With the deployment of Slack Connect and Enterprise Grid support, the core of what Pickle is complete. Pickle is now entering the next development iteration so its the perfect time to request a new feature or improvement.

@mention aliases

@mentions aliases will let you link a rotation to a usergroup managed by Pickle so that you can trigger the rotation with @mention. For example: @testrotation Can someone look at this?

The current options will still be available of course, but since you don't need to remember commands or shortcuts @mention could make it significantly easier for your team.
