The following terms and conditions apply to the Pickle app and website, hereafter referred to as Pickle. Pickle is owned and operated by Big Bunny Software ("us", "we"). By using Pickle you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Paid Subscription

Pickle is a subscription service with a monthly subscription period. Your payment method will be charged automatically every period, using the date you initially subscribed on as the anchor date.

You may request a refund for your current subscription period by contacting support at support@bigbunny.io. We may issue a refund at our discretion and are in no way obligated to refund past subscription periods.

Free Trial

Pickle has a free 30 day trial subscription available for teams that have never had a Pickle subscription before. You may enter a payment method for the trial but it is not required.

When your trial ends and you did not enter a payment method, your trial subscription will be suspended. When your trial ends and you entered a payment method, your trial subscription will become a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged for the next subscription period.

Your Account and Data

To use Pickle you must grant access to information which is required to install the app and provision the service. A detailed overview of this data is available on the privacy policy: https://pickle.bigbunny.io/privacy.

You may request a copy of your data by contacting support at support@bigbunny.io and we will provide it to you within 30 days. You may also request that your data be deleted after uninstalling Pickle and contacting support.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any losses or damages incurred by using Pickle. This includes, but is not limited to: special, incidental, or consequential loss or damages or loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity.

Acceptable Usage

You agree to abide by these conditions while using Pickle:

Failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension of your Pickle service without refund.
